Initial Consultation and Impressions

The foundation of a successful full arch case starts with an accurate impression. We accept both traditional and digital impressions, ensuring a precise replica of the patient’s edentulous arch and implant positions.

Verification Jig
We fabricate a verification jig to confirm the accuracy of the master cast. This jig ensures that the implant positions are captured precisely before any further steps are taken.
X-Ray with Jig – Screw Tightness Check
A radiographic assessment is conducted with the jig in place to verify that each screw is fully seated and secure. Any discrepancies are resolved at this stage to avoid downstream issues.
Jaw Relation Record
Capturing correct vertical dimension and centric relation is critical for function and esthetics. Our jaw relation protocol includes wax rims or jig-supported guides to ensure accuracy.
Positioning Jig for Bitewing and OPG

To validate the vertical height and angulation, bitewing and OPG radiographs are taken with the positioning jig. This gives us a roadmap for esthetic and functional parameters.

 

Metal Titanium Bar Trial

Next, a metal titanium (Ti) bar is fabricated for intraoral verification. This step confirms passive fit and provides a framework for evaluating esthetics, phonetics, and occlusion.

Zirconia Phase

Once the initial trials are verified, we proceed to zirconia fabrication. A rough, unfinished zirconia trial allows chairside adjustments before finalizing the restoration.

Screw Retention – Final Fit

We screw in the final framework, ensuring all screws are torqued precisely. A final x-ray confirms passive fit and screw integrity before the restoration is finalized.

Permanent Post Placement

After radiographic and intraoral confirmation, we place the permanent post, preparing the case for final cosmetic layering.
